Done with the Good Days

YEAH! This is not Genentech's problem! Genentech's problems are far deeper and much more damning. Genentech is broke! Financially, ethically and morally. They have never and will never care about the patients. They care about wanting to be special. Unfortunately, they have repeatedly failed in marketing, launches and leadership. Genentech is left with industry cash zombies. A sales force that is a collection of basically brain dead wannabe, disengaged millennials and then a number of desperate cling-ons that are riding this shit train to potty town. Consultative selling, Hahahahahahahahaha Hahahahahahah
relax have another donut

Sorry you weren’t the candidate they chose. Millennials? Nope. The average age in the field is over 50. Bitter boy aren’t you!

Senior leadership (“squad” what a stupid name) is completely clueless and needs to realize that doing things the same way is just going to crash not only the ophtha business at GNE but the entire Retina market if they don’t start changing the way we do business. Don’t need to fund Goid Days to accomplish this. Marketing is useless as well.

Marketing will rise and take us thru the gates of Knobb

Why are you making this Genentech’s problem? This is a patient problem because patients are choosing MA plans which have high deductibles. Maybe practices should educate patients or create payment plans. Could practices go to specialty pharmacy? Yes. This is not the responsibility of Genentech to fund these foundations

The issue is that you did provide funds up until this year so it was expected and there was no issue calling out Regeneron in previous years when the funds ran out for a week or so. The Genentech Foundation is a free drug program, not a foundation like Good Days. Make it a Good Day

Genentech is broke. Ecosystem model is a massive failure. No one is engaged. Worst company to work for and used to be the best. Embarrassing. Leadership can’t get out of their own way. Genentech doesn’t have the funds to give!
