The amount of turnover in this division is exceptional!! Every two weeks or so someone else quits. My team has changed so much in such a short time. What is upper mgmt doing??

I think we are hitting the 80% rate, the highest out of any company I have ever seen. Come here only if you don't have a job, this is no different than back in the primary care days.The turnover here is endless!!!!
