Are all of the area directors micromanager- it seems like the Area Director for the FRAS team may fit that description. As a sales rep, I have noticed that this director often yells at the team and tries to control every small detail of their work. This behavior is unusual and very concerning, especially considering my years in the pharmaceutical industry. I've worked with many area directors, but I have never encountered one who acts so erratically. It’s frustrating for the team, who just want to do their jobs well without being constantly monitored or criticized. There was an opening that I don’t think I can handle the volatile behavior
