We are in big trouble. They keep hyping up the growth in my ORG but we are getting destroyed by Boston Scientific.

They made mistakes to the tune of billions of dollars in the opinion of many around me and our middle management has no choice but to gaslight us about the future.

Financial people leaving is a terrible sign.

If Medtronic would focus on R&D, Innovation and sales instead of prioritizing DEI and pronouns maybe they’d be in a better situation.

Practically every major company or institution in America is ditching the discriminatory and racist DEI yet Medtronic is doubling down on their efforts to promote based on race and sexual preference…

DEI needs to DIE

That is a huge part of the problem.

And don't forget, white women have benefitted from DEI more than anyone. Studies have proven this.

Also, go try to find the accident statistics on woman vs male commercial airplane accidents. There is a reason some professions are predominantly male.

These DEI cult members literally preach as part of their core tenets that gender is a social construct and not a biological/genetic difference. This is dumber than being a flat earther.
