Q. How is it that Biden’s cancer was detected at such an advanced stage?

A. Everyone is asking me that same question. I have two speculations. One is that prostate cancer screening guidelines in the United States recommend stopping prostate cancer screening after age 75. It’s uncommon to continue to check a PSA every year beyond the age of 75 if your PSA has been fine prior to that.

The other possibility could be that his prostate cancer is so aggressive or de-differentiated that it actually stopped making PSA. It’s an unusual situation. Now, another (possibility) is … maybe he’d had biopsies in the past that didn’t show cancer, and the biopsy just happened to miss it.

Here is one explanation, asshole. Why must you keep the "scientist" in quotation marks bullshit. MLS Medical Laboratory Scientist. I didn't fucking make it up. Once again: MLS.

Hey smartass, I know you're trying to be 'cute' with your passive-aggressive insults, but Fuckie nailed this one.
You'll find out in due time. Prostate cancer is a slow-moving thing. What indicates cancer 'that needs to be treated', is rapid change of PSA scores, not necessarily a high score. At age 75 now, most are given the choice to keep yearly testing or stop. Now that managed care has inserted itself into the equation -- replacing quality-of-life with ROI, other symptoms (such as leg pain) are often considered 'potential indicators' and many companies suggest the highly problematic (for the patient) biopsy but highly profitable (for the managed care company). In other words, they love to cut, make a lot of money on it and they could care less if you can still get a nut. And if you supplement with Testosterone Cypionate, they love finding just ONE cancer cell so they can DC that med which costs them but puts the lead back in your pencil.

I told them to stick that syringe up their own asses, I'll take my chances. Joe may have done the same thing. But eventually, it will take you down so wtf? Enjoy life while it lasts.

He was the POTUS. Managed care was not a problem. The more likely scenario is they covered up his cancer just like his dementia so he could get reelected, they could continue to autopen their agenda, and then eventually install the DEI replacement. It may have worked if they could have hidden him the entire time like they did in 2020. Thank god for the debate where even YOU couldn’t pretend he was fine anymore.

Yes indeed. When they have your medical information they have it all and opening it up to share any of it risks sharing it all (public and Press pressure, human error).

I'm still impressed it isn't in the lake filled with Change Healthcare hacked data.
