This is fact! Feel same.The hub process here has been one cluster after the other. I have no faith that this new venture will be anything more than another blunder run by the blunder himself. Never worked at a company where it's been one mess after the other. The word on the street is that there will actually be many people leaving very soon! Anyone that is good and has a brain in their head will run out of this place. Look at who's running the joint now in EBU.

Laurel and Hardy could manage Mannkind better than MC and NM. The speaker program debacle, the HUB disaster, lackluster data, an IC plan that screws sales reps and a script pull-through process that takes longer than a fossil to form all contribute to the chaos and uncertainty that is Mannkind.

It sucks out here with this product. The marketing arm of this company is an absolute disaster and has done nothing over the years to help. They do not get it! We also have no market access department. Continue to allow the inmates to run the asylum and this is what you get.A hub wouldn’t be necessary if MC understood how managed care works. He refuses to negotiate and the plans could care less. A great product with zero coverage is nothing but a great product with zero coverage.
More than a marketing department, we need the authority to push these scripts through like we once did. I have over a dozen in the Sterling hub- some sitting there since the last week of March. Things started going down hill when they took the power to train patients and pull scripts through. We are a device company- small, but still a device company. We are not big pharma. Never will be unless someone purchases us. It does not take an MBA to figure out what needs to be done for this product to be a success but the “good ole boys club” refuses to do it.
