WTH did I just watched at the Lenacapivar general session launch!
A drag show with homemade costume and Gilead liquered up the employees w free hard core whisky boubon & vodka provided by the Executive Directors during the session.
Employees w sexual organ looking devises on costumes while grabbing private parts like Maddona on stage and grinding like Miley Sirus.
This weird waste of valuable time activity went way over the line.
Word has it ED Anita Lowe & Sonya Tucker came up with this unwanted mandated participation sexual work place session.
If so, needs to be terminated because they are putting Gilead at high risk for a lawsuit let alone a media PR stock drop.
 


I'm sick of "who do u have sex with" and "where do you put your genitals" being workplace subjects. I feel sexually harassed every day. In any other context, it would be considered harassment. When it's rainbow people, it's prIdE
 


As a proud gay man who has sold Cialis and HIV treatment with 2 other companies, we spoke about sex in a very professional clinical environment not all this Gilead SHOCK & WOW FLAMBOYANT Bull h it.
1000% if all the videos on cell phones of our meetings including NSM was evidence during trail of "knowingly & intentionally creating a sexual harrassment uncomfortable work environment" hundreds of millions would be awarded.
Let's not even talk about all the open sex between employees running rampid that leadership completely knows about and fosters this workplace environment.
 


It was absolutely orchestrated as such by Executive Regional Directors obvious by them having as many as you want open hard liquor beverages upon walking into the General Session. They wanted to get us liquor up, grooming and pimp us into these Diddy Freakoff events . It goes on every dam meeting!
Appalling & only a matter of time harrassment & workplace class action is filed.
And yes Anita Sonya Wendy all should be fired as all should not even be RDs let alone EDs. Pathetic hires of poor leaders.
 


It is very apparent Anita, Wendy & Sonya have not and can't organize a sales meeting at this level. That GS was an embarrassing joke to professional sales people.
What about the known orgy that took place this? Management has known about these for years . Takes place every meeting
 


New to Gilead and that drag show was an embarrassing to our profession.
Only 25% of LGBTQ+ are flamboyant over the top shock attention getting. The majority of us act normal. To constantly push and cultivate this image is a false and insulting profile. It comes across the leadership and company encourage molding this imagine that a small % of us exhibit and want us all to be extreme unhinged.
Our community doesn't need this.
This entire week has been a huge disappointment and you would never know this mtg was for one of the greatest historical products ever.
Huge miss by EDs and Brand all around.. Big strikeout.
 


Disgrace not only to our profession being viewed as professionals instead of a comical extremist side show that only 10-20% LBGTQ acts like. Totally mockery.
Not all the gay community like drag shows, or provocative X rated behavior. This is what gives us a Stigma & Sterotypes our community from being taken seriously.
Been open gay my entire life & Gilead NSM now this, is just a mockery that only aligns to small subset
You have straight women like Anita & Wendy who have zero clue how or what the majority of our community is like.
We are NOT a joke, MOST of us are seruos professionals not trying to stand out like a clueless drunk moron on stage thinking LBGTQ loves this extreme stuff.
We were taken more seriously before all this extremism started the past 5yrs.
That General Session was an embarrassment & more so very insulting to 80% of my community
Gilead do better! (But here Prep is always the odd balls at mtgs were even Treatment reps avoid us)
 


Yes that was too much.
Way disconnected w the majority of our community.
Obvious designed by non gay women who have no clue and think "it's fun & exciting" to mock our professionalism and what we do for a living.
Very disappointed in EDs, VPs & marketing with this entire week.
Very sad given the gravity of the historical importance of L4P--- a once in lifetime opportunities and they totally blew it with the drag show, putting puzzles together, spending 3 hr workshop on how to communicate w Remimbursement & Nurse Educators (like we don't know how to pick up the phone & rely info). Really the entire week been a nuke bomb.
EDs don't know how to lead or plan a motiontional meeting.

Anita is Representation without Empowerment, put in place to do Gilead’s bidding. You really believe she organized a Drag Show without Gilead’s knowledge?

Her face represents Optics without Equity, so the company can profit on the plight of others & Inclusion for Exploitation.

LOL. The poster didn't say she did it without Co knowledge. Comical
They said the 3 EDs organized & planned the entire mtg including the stigmatized stereotype drag show. Granted Ashley & Linnea approved but they are dealing with far greater higher level elements than meeting planning.
The EDs along with marketing plan ALL meetings from start to finish.
If you ever worked in Gilead marketing, you would know this.
VPs NSD just rubber stamp what EDs want

Ronald now with Dwight's support run the SE region calling all the shots, and have for years!
Wendy is an awesome cheerleader, overly so that the positivity and Rah Rah many times seems fake. Like cheering on her son's little game vs 20yr professional.
Nice person by not a leader of leaders by any means.
It's all Ronald & Dwight behind the scenes running the SE Area & why we are winning every year before Wendy ever was hired 8 months ago.
Previous ED Jeff built this powerhouse & Ronald is a clone carrying on Jeff legacy.

Yeah that General Session was way off base.
Even for me and I've been out very open for decades, but believe in professionalism of our jobs not making a us look like a sideshow or freakshow of the minority base of LBGTQ+ for laughs & giggles and free entertainment as well as material for the straight community.

Well Jeff G was the driver & cultivated Ronald & Dwight into the best Area hands down just totally destroying Anita whom after 2yrs still looks like Deer in the headlights wide eye & clueless.
All 3 EDs are out of role to skills-- just quota token fillers.
It is showing during Lenacapivar launch meeting as many are saying work launch meeting in their careers.
 


Only good session that was awesome is the Opening Session. Just fantastic.
It's been crash & burn since.
The home made drag show was horrendous. A WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT lawsuit waiting to happen....
Marketing & 3 EDs Wendy Anita Sonya out of wat they element, even for Gilead's Primary Care Division.
Anita just clueless on business period. Low business IQ w poor judgment & decision making. Doesn't need to be managing anybody & skills just a PC rep level.

Wendy is just a rah rah cheerleader w no depth or substance unless it comes from Ronald or Dwight. Needs to be in the payer space where her skills are not in Comerical

Sonya seems not comfortable as 2nd line leader and should just be an RD.
She should have never ever been hired over Matt, but 30yr BFF with Anita at Sanofi got her the not over a super leader in Matt.

That's how it works here. Skills and talent don't matter. I think it's glaringly obvious. Also, Dwight is not a leader. He might be a manager but he's certainly not a leader. Come on.
