Kelly is the worst VP of sales ever very poor at speaking to the sales team can’t motivate what so ever and be careful. If she doesn’t like you she will come at you with a vengeance. Ask about her boyfriend that was at her last company he was fired . Poor leadership poor skills and poor you because she will use you for her gain and throw you out like yesterday’s trash. Her personality is from one side of the spectrum to the other. She will tell you to something one way and you immediately do it her way. In the next breath she will yell at you for doing it wrong and to do it the way you were already doing something.
