I can't call them a "leadership team" when there's no leadership. A year and a half into the new "strategy," and all the guidance they can give is bumper sticker slogans. Hjalmar's notion for managing is growth through massive cuts. We've slashed personnel, so expect slashing of inventory next.

I heard that these bonehead leadership at Accumed, Jimmy Blanchard, and patryk warfle both walked away from a turn key distributorship from a pissed off competitor didn’t even wanna engage in a conversation and left several million dollars on the table beyond stupid

how many times are they going to shake up the structure to try to eek out growth? a revolving door of change does little for employee morale when you are constantly losing
