100%. I talent is zero experience or new to pharma. Very elementary. You don't want to be there. I had to leave after a couple of months. It's a great entry job into pharma and not specialty at all. Even the customers say that.
 


There's nothing "specialty" about this gig. The management team needs to quit selling it as such, and sell it for what it is. The next step for someone selling copiers or renting/selling cars.

I work here and that other choice is a 27 year old with 2-3years sales experience or they have a clinical background in nursing.

I have felt the love, but then they leave and captain dip shit takes over and we’re 10 calls a day because 10 is more than 8 so we will sell more. Kiss ass and move up! The Abbvie “Ways They Work”.
