We've spent money in Ukraine fulfilling a promise to them, being their ally, and trying not to let Putin take them back over as the bully he is. Has nothing to do with Biden, you fuckface.

Did you read the article? These countries have been aligned with us over blooming global college growth for decades. There is Education City in Doha, Qatar where our biggest and best universities educate people with satellite campuses. The U.S. higher education insititutions have been working with China for eons on the same exact thing. In fact, when the orange blob manages to totally tank our research, I am sure the Middle East, China and India will take over since we have done such a good job educating their future scientists. Billions of dollars to educate their own students at Stanford, Yale, Harvard, etc? Good investment, good for our colleges. If they are not disclosing these sources and their amounts, sure, slap their hands and make them report it. But the investments and partnerships are NOT NEW, and I may add -- NOT POLITICAL.
