Dragshow at Lenacapivar Launch


Well Jeff G was the driver & cultivated Ronald & Dwight into the best Area hands down just totally destroying Anita whom after 2yrs still looks like Deer in the headlights wide eye & clueless.
All 3 EDs are out of role to skills-- just quota token fillers.
It is showing during Lenacapivar launch meeting as many are saying work launch meeting in their careers.
Dwight,
We know this is you.

We also know you think extremely highly of yourself but you’re not getting the 3 EDs jobs.

So stop it with all the SE RD stuff.
You give you Reps Ulcers. That’s not promotable behavior.
 


This L4P launch meeting was the worse of my 7 launches in 21 yrs.
The 1st day Kickoff session was one of the best in my career but the rest was hands down the worse.
The people who organized this launch for a once in a lifetime product. 2024 product of the year, should all be terminated or reassign as they have no business being in sales.
Can't even design a meeting.
This was piss poor. I hope L4P can sell itself because there is no executive leadership.
And yes Ronald & Dwight run the show for the entire division with Jim as their boy toy support as Anita stands down to all 3.

Anita isn’t going anywhere.

Ronald’s close association with Dwight will likely hinder his upward mobility; It reeks lapdog.
 


This was the worse organized constructed launch meeting in my career with the poorest context ever.
When your best part is the 1hr opening session and closing 15min drone show, you have MAJOR issues in leadership.
What a historical blown opportunity with a historical drug.
Just very sad and hugely disappointed

If Wendy just basically jumps on Dwight's bandwagon then he's to blame for this horrific meeting then. Sounds right to me.
 




Only good session that was awesome is the Opening Session. Just fantastic.
It's been crash & burn since.
The home made drag show was horrendous. A WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT lawsuit waiting to happen....
Marketing & 3 EDs Wendy Anita Sonya out of wat they element, even for Gilead's Primary Care Division.
Anita just clueless on business period. Low business IQ w poor judgment & decision making. Doesn't need to be managing anybody & skills just a PC rep level.

Wendy is just a rah rah cheerleader w no depth or substance unless it comes from Ronald or Dwight. Needs to be in the payer space where her skills are not in Comerical

Sonya seems not comfortable as 2nd line leader and should just be an RD.
She should have never ever been hired over Matt, but 30yr BFF with Anita at Sanofi got her the not over a super leader in Matt.
 


Is it only a drag show because the flamboyant 20% of your community wanted to get up there and express themselves and “embarrass” you? What about the straight men and straight women that were up there just being a team player and putting on a fashion show. Is it still exploitation and drag? Just have fun. It’s PrEP. It has always been this way.

As for leadership, at least Wendy communicates with her team and “cheers” for her people and their accomplishments. Pretty sure the West is feeling the loss at this point. Anyone over there know how you’re performing? Lack of leadership at multiple levels and understanding basic analytics is setting some major markets up for catastrophe when approval comes. All about who you know, not what you know.

1) yes you are straight people are part of slavery flamboyancy for your amusement & laughs. Like you have have done in private now you can do it publicly

2) Analytics must me FL person comment as you mean Cherry Picking accounts. Removing high generic acts & writers while keeping Mail Order acts & Telemed w high D4P. That's not called competition that's called cheating as you know over a year ago we went to total dirt regardless of anything. The SE is the only territories & region who didn't abide by rules & Wendy allows.
Once things true competitors hate is cheaters. Wait until the nation does what SE has been doing for 7 yrs and cherry picks, then you will see. No way in hell a territory had 60 70% share in Hard core GOP RED states if true Total Dirt is in play.
You hid with 65 reps now 65 new reps with strong analytics have already figured out what SE has been doing for yrs.

I m new from Viiv and all the Viiv people who came over met several times this week, and we all agree this was not what we expected for all the hype & expectations, huge miss as it was a weekend long training session to check boxes for unrealistic certification.
So yes it was a very poor launch meeting.
 




As far as talk of EDs, I don't know them well enough being new but initial observation after 2 big meetings NSM & this one, Anita is very out of place. Wendy is extremely nice & positive but overboard so seems contrived & fake. She does seem just a cheerleader.
Sonya seems like would be a solid RD 1st line leader.
Very impressed by VP Ashley. She might replace Dan when he retires. She is impressive.
 


Heard they spent all Area time ghetto dancing and nothing about business with reps not knowing anything about her.
Who hired these 3 ?

Yes bad meeting. I would not even call it a launch meeting as after the 1st day 4pm General Session, it was anything but a launch meeting.
We did spend parts of 2 days learning how to pick up phone & call our Matrix partners to triage stuff. LMAO. That was hilarious & pretty poor. As I had 4 terrirories I overlap with so workshops was useless.
I just told them, call me as needed & we will be good. They try to make common sense rocket science. What kind or IQ company did I join!

That’s what I mean by no analytics. No one in the west has any clue about what is happening performance wise. They just dance and pretend no one will notice the incompetence. No vision. No strategy. Same happening at the regional level. After Matt left, business acumen left too. Wish them luck. Hope they can dance their way out of declining Descovy share.
