A great way to reduce employee stress is to do a survey and find out who is suffering from stress, and target them for elimination. Especially during this time of company distress nobody would question the decisions. The geniuses at HR who came up with this scheme should be given the Nobel prize.

I make a couple of my calls and click the rest and send a bunch of emails in Veeva and keep my impact measures up. Life is good. Get on the bus or get cut.
 


Nobody has to work…. Just create the illusion you are working. Post on the company engage pages, enter fake mchats, lie about some outside the box project u are working on. Numbers don’t matter since impact measures came into play. They can always move the goal post w numbers and withhold bonus…. That’s what’s we’ve learned. Impact measures is where it’s at w NNI! Fool your overpaid manager = key to success at NNI. No where else though: other companies are about sales . NNI is about the song and dance. We have it pretty good bc our company is stupid. Exhibit A: They pay educators to NOT SELL

Says the person at home office doing shit every day. We’ve been begging for actual metrics instead of crap impact measures. Meanwhile HO employees have been getting paid fat on year over year growth. We (field) have been screaming from the rooftops about supply, compounding and Lilly strategy for years. We get the materials we need to sell months (years?) too late. One of these days you will realize we are all on the same team. Come get punched in the face 10 times a day 5 days a week with no subsidized fancy cafeteria and 3-day a week virtual gig with Friday summer hours and then we can talk.

I have a rep on my team that does this! She is good at getting her name out there by being on committees and voicing her opinion on calls. Yet the offices don’t know her name and call her the rep that looks like she’s on crack. She’s been promoted to executive. This company is ridiculous.
