Yes, all these things are true. And we deserve a senior management team that will run an enterprise in a way that builds value for shareholders, employees and retirees. Unfortunately, management incompetence and BOD failure to correct have produced a stunning loss of value. Incomprehensible that AB and his toadies produce these results and are richly rewarded for the result

The lucky loyal career employees have toiled for decades for this “powerhouse” of the pharmaceutical industry. They successfully competed and secured a coveted position at this fantastic company. After years of 3% raises it is finally time to cash stock and retire in comfort. Impressing management with incessant hard work certainly has paid off handsomely for these employees.

Yeah, don’t bother printing it out either because they’re literally not worth the paper they’re printed on. It’s hard to believe that there isn’t more pressure from the board of directors to make some changes.

At this company the early risers are rewarded. Arrive early to beg customers and arrive early to make a good impression to management. Always volunteer for extra assignments and you may also receive stock options. There are no guarantees, only the best receive stock options.

For the last 25 years, only the best of the best received precious stock options. Always make good impressions of yourself and go beyond to what is expected. Now is the time to cash out for the years of hard work and dedication. Your dedication has been noticed and now is the time to cash. What a career!!!

Only the most fantastic and ambitious employees were blessed with stock options. Great way to guarantee the most talented would devote their careers to this “Powerhouse” of the pharmaceutical industry. The most connected individuals made a fortune exercising their hard earned options.

Those who were blessed with stock options were part of a very exclusive club. Only the chosen few, who were deemed worthy, receive this coveted form of compensation. After decades of urgent product launches and toil, now is the time to cash and live out the retirement dream. Years of hard work and stress certainly pays off well at this company.

Sussman leaving can’t hurt. Maybe the first step in focusing on the operation of a pharma business instead of a social warrior book club
PAC piggy bank no longer her personal account to buy political friends

I know retirees who are still seething that they cannot request matching funds from the PFE Foundation. Silly retirees, should know that Sally is smarter than them for where donations should be made!

I guess PBM reform not passing in One Big Beautiful Bill had something to do with it? Overall good move - too much focus over the years on PR and managing politics and ESG etc distracting from the bread and butter work that a pharma company needs to do.
