Field is interesting Medartis leadership will screw up that product line I believe they also distribute Keri medical which is another dog shit company I guess when you flush the toilet at all ends up at Medartis especially their leadership. Rumor is this new group of clowns came from dental and have no idea what they’re doing.

This company has been a joke and still is! I know several agents and they all say the same decent products Corp is horrible to deal with
Latest group came from dental ; previous made shitty foot and ankle products for ZB prior was a marketing lady running the US
Cant get out of their own way!

So why are you responding to it? Medartis has great products. It just takes time to get the new plan implemented. Be patient.

How how long have you been associated with medaryis?? it cannot be within the last four years two presidents two CEOs in the last four years is a death sentence to any company before that. Came from dental new president inherited a shit show does not know ortho Rumors about cutting top agents etc kinda of another tool put in place to fail lil man in over his head

VP of Sales is a complete incompetent idiot who has never sold anything much less than to an ortho surgeon

Regionals all third rate end up at medartis after let go elsewhere no clue about ortho sales

But if cutting top agents either stupid management, no knowledge of what trauma is and rep relationships or setting up a sale

Just my 4 cents and have successfully competed against them and watching a revolving door of leadership regionals direct reps and agents has made it kinda easy to grow my team !

If interviewing Run esp in an area where historically they cut people will not win

2. One of the corporate monkeys hired by the former president that no one knows what you do or who you are, except that you were part of the squad.
3. Been there a while, saying anything you can to save your job because this company is finally being exposed as a joke in a sense you are a corporate kiss ass.

Word on the street is the ass Turd new president is in the process of getting rid of his largest distributor in the country. Who’s been a Distributor for 20 years because he didn’t like him what an effing idiot.
Inside people are saying this new president is like Napoleon has the same complex. Maybe they grow them shorter in dental where he came from maybe his testicles will drop soon and he’ll realize this is ortho and you don’t have to like your distributors! Get thicker skin
