Something new happen?Bye bye SMPA
New? What rock have you been living under? The place been trending downward for past few years and on collision course with distinction.Something new happen?
In what way? You must be very unhappy with your work/life balanceNew? What rock have you been living under? The place been trending downward for past few years and on collision course with distinction.
You’re obviously not on the sales side. Company been phasing out large sales divisions each of the past 2 years and this pattern will continue moving forward.. Total field sales head count has been reduced by approx 50% within past couple years. If you’re not in sales, you‘ll suffer the trickle down affect as the fewer sales forces here, the fewer home office jobs will be needed. Simple science at play here. Follow the trends on sales force cuts.In what way? You must be very unhappy with your work/life balance
You must be legacy Sunovion or Women's Health....I haven't seen any cuts like that my in my division.....You’re obviously not on the sales side. SMPA has reduced its total field sales head count within the US organization by over 50% all in the last few years. That’s quite an aggressive attrition rate. Anybody who finds comfort in their job security beyond the next 1-2 years, deserves the outcome that’s headed their way. I get many SMPT employees are older and will wait their fate out for a severance package but if you don’t fit into that category, your playing with fools gold. You must be legacy Sunovion or Women's Health....I haven't seen any cuts like that my in my division.....
