Well at the best "fine" which is not how you would expect a launch of this global importance to be.

Linnea & Ashley are GREAT!
Unlike the 3 EDs Anita, Wendy, Sonya.
Zero doubt with her Business IQ & Youth (maybe 40) that Ashley will be CEO one day for some company. She is sharp unlike the EDs. I don't understand promoting Anita 2 yrs ago over someone like Matt as they are not even close in leadership skills.
And recent hires of Wendy & Sonya is mind blowing considering the internals of Matt & Shelia ..... just a big miss w the EDs.
However Ashley & Linnea are Awesome!!!!

2) For a Product Training check a role play certification box, it was OK....

3) For a Launch Meeting of any sort let alone significance of L4P, it was a horrible.
No Medical WS, No Clinical WS, No Competive Intel WS, No Comp Selling WS, ..... Other than call flow & how to pick up phone & call Matrix counterpart, we are not ready to launch.

Gilead doesn’t know how to do competitive selling.

Talk to anyone who was formerly part of the Covid Team & they’ll share how Gilead stood by & did nothing as Paxlovid took market share in the Hospital.

Gilead needs to recruit people in Marketing & Sales Training from Pfizer & pay them whatever they want because their skillset are desperately needed here.
 






This is the deal, the drag show was somewhat exploitation on the heals of the flamboyant ones for a cheap laugh at, but PrEp does this stuff all the time.
The problem is, you served unlimited hard drinks going into this to intentionally get people loosen up??
Also teambuilding in all my years has always been a charity function, filling meal bags for homeless, toys to totts ect.... a huge missed opportunity.
 






As a straight but woke person, I and MANY of my sales colleagues were OFFENDED by the silly and tasteless drag show. Whoever thought this should be part of a launch meeting needs to be FIRED! Have a blessed day.
 




As a straight female, I thought it was hilarious funny laughing at the people doing this nonsense that had nothing to do with the meeting. Free entertainment and they knew we were laughing at them not with them and flamboyancy didn't care darling
