Announcement coming soon: ELT will mandate that everyone must be in office 5 days a week. Enforcement starts in the fall. Apparently they have been reviewing badge swipes for % of days in office and decided presence > performance.
 


If you're concerned about 5 days in the office, you're focusing on minutiae. Bigger things that have been in the works are likely to be accelerated and expanded as a result of evolving domestic and global conditions. You won't even remember being concerned about a little flex time.

Delegate everything and blame everyone is her style. Being in office isn’t going to change that, but current remote workers can remain in their existing arrangement with their function ELT approval.

Don’t expect this to improve anything. Those who are not working remote will continue to not work in office. Those who are productive remote will probably deliver less in office because they lose time working through commutes or around home/family schedules.
 








Like the other guy said. Nasty bitchy women with beta male husbands are entitled and wrecking the place. Some only have a title cause they are imposters promoted for identity politic Readons. So evident.

Best recommendation is to fire any 1 who complains about getting their asses in to office for a 12 hour workday. Look around 1 of every two people can be fired at Alcon and company would be fine.
