MM was a playa. Just ask CH
And if you were to ask CH, she would say he was a great mentor and friend. There is enough drama here, no need to create more that isn’t relevant to us today.

For some reason, I still hear people talking about SH, even though he’s been gone for more than two years. Everyone has moved on and is doing better things with their lives. If you’re not happy, I recommend doing the same. Jealousy runs deep at this company. I witness it and every management meeting I go to. At the end of the day, it’s just a job, go home and spend time with the people you care about after 5 p.m.

Well that was fun. Love the hotel we were at. Made the Walk of Shame easier to hide! Can’t wait for our next meeting to reacquaint myself with other team members! I didn’t get HK but it was close. Maybe next time. The consolation prize though was spectacular K

I heard that HK has pushed another older employee out the door. I hope I live to see the day that this company crashes and burns along with all the ass kissers who are willing to sell their souls to the devil to stay in good graces with upper management.

He had reported her to HR about a year ago. Now you see what happens when you go to HR. HK’s behavior at Corporate and the Bar are the most unprofessional and disgusting I have ever seen. But, as we see here, she is untouchable. You question her you will be shown the door just like BH. Kiss her ass and you at least have a chance The Endo Manager has coveted BD’s job since she was passed over for it. She will be a shoe in for it now. HK will probably promote one of her bot toys to the Endo spot just like she did GW.

This is beyond disappointing news. Going to HR or your age should never be used against you. BH has been a great leader and individual over the years. HUGE LOSS. He was very well liked, successful and will be greatly missed by his team and those ethical leaders within the company. Hopefully his future will bring great happiness and success as reported by many others who have left or have been pushed out.

Yes, it’s funny that OGR said she would never, ever go back to Neurology. The first chance she got……well you know the rest. HK pushed a multiple, multiple President’s Circle of Excellence winner out the door based on performance aka his “age”.

If you are considering a job here, run do not walk. If you can suck up and drink hard you may make it. Otherwise, you will be humiliated and bullied to the point you go to HR. Then the harsh treatment gets worse until you quit or are fired whichever comes first.

Working here is like being in a cult. Fear based management. Lack of trust. Low morale. Petty, drunk, gross women who only embarrass themselves. Most are trying to get out. Some got lucky.

Let’s be real, we see very few familiar faces within the company anymore. The departures the past few years have been inordinate. In my opinion, many left for better opportunities, while others were pushed out unwarranted. I have a lot to say about that, and how I feel it was entirely unfair, however, that is an entirely different topic. I speak regularly to multiple past colleagues knowing I may need their reference or connection for a future position. I will never alienate those that were and continue to be a friend who have my back. Most have landed on their feet and are happy with their new companies. Good for them, we can only hope for the same good fortune for ourselves.

If you did not support those who were fired without cause or forced out then do not bother to contact them when you see an opening at their new place of employment. Ask yourselves why should they help you when you didn’t give a damn about them?
