CSL Culture, they did us a Solid when they got rid of Bob L. You clearly haven’t worked here a while…we NEED a culture shift!! CSL created the apathy with their leadership and if you don’t like it leave attitude. The culture here needs a complete revamp! Andy needs to turn it over, this company needs to align its sales team like a pharma company. It’s been playing cosplay for far too long. Pay your reps what they deserve and bonus them appropriately and when there is a market event don’t screw them over. How about some contests??? We’re sales people, incent us. Make this fun! Heads are rolling left and right and the reps are jumping ship. People who leave CSL don’t miss it one bit because they’re performers who took their talent elsewhere and are getting paid more and are appreciated because CSL didn’t do that.
