Very simple. Manage up and abuse your team (blame the field team & mktg team) for anything that isn’t great…& have a manager that is a complete tool. BB is so out of his depth. He is a B player who adds 0 value. He is so clueless he may actually think LA contributed. She is not a leader period. This place is doomed.

Ipsen people ruined Genmab, JnJ people helped too. Strutting around ASCO like imbeciles. The company has terrible leadership (BB, LA, RG) and allows bad mid-managers to attempt to learn on the job with executive coaching for multiple years with little to no progress. At what point do you call a spade a spade and move on instead of enabling poor performance. So, yes fill out the surveys but this leadership won’t acknowledge a damn thing and just continue enabling bad behavior. There will be a mass exodus over the next few months. Karma is a bitch.

Interesting company, base salary for managers is a little on the low side. The rest of the comp and benefits look outstanding, which may make up for the lower base when you add it all together. A
Looks like they are brining all managers in at $250K, $60k at plan for IC, $1000 a month car allowance. 60% of base salary in equity, and NO out of pocket for health insurance - which is pretty amazing.
