More likely Q4-25. Sales #s are not looking good.

They should layoff most of the admin, conduit and coordinator roles which have no value add or innovation capabilities. Their work can be automated anyway.

That already happened. I guess middle management can no longer hide behind lower levels.
Not completely. There are many who managed to escape the axe; especially in finance and supply chain.

Unskilled workers are management’s favorite pets. Blindly obedient, terrified of rocking the boat, and so desperate to keep their positions that they’ll stoop to any level for a paycheck. Dangle a bit of money, and they’ll dance, grovel, and stab each other in the back if it keeps them off the chopping block. After all, where else would they go? Talent isn't exactly their selling point.

We have a team member who said they would be working at Walmart if not employee at JnJ and that explained everything, the backstabbing, I’m the best, lying etc etc etc. Funny because they made a huge mistake on a presentation displayed at the JNJ booth (National conference)…but hey, they are best!!!!Touché.
