Rohit in AWM 10000%. That guy is a business killer with a proven track record of success in doing so. He turned a high functioning organization into total chaos in a matter of weeks and has sustained it consistently now quarter after quarter. Every quarter is a fire drill and no acountability at the top. That failure lies with Deepak. Focus, Alignment, and Accounability were his three principals and he has not brought any of those.

Rohit and his KPIs can F off. Has anyone looked at the attrition rate lately? We have lost so many good people since he came on board. No one has any faith in Rohit, Vince, Keefer or any AVP. Every single day I ask myself why.., why do I stick around this place?
All of leadership needs to go!

And we are shocked and surprised when failing leaders from failing companies bring in other failed leaders from failing companies and everyone wonders why we are now failing.

The Rohit effect! Who is he really working for?
