It’s so ironic that they cared enough to terminate the great army veteran who did so much for her to be who she is though right but according to you no one cares. Keep telling yourself that until you find yourself on the loosing end thinking people don’t care about how you treat others, but do carry on thinking it’s business as usual.

The CL’s are overqualified for their roles and deserve to be treated better than what “leadership” has shown. They fit into the core of the who Merck is and the community Merck wishes to serve. It would great to see Merck prevent further bias within Virolgy and other departments, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive workplace. The CEO said it out loud and I hope he is prepared to walk the talk
 


He explain the finger as he was trying to show the 1 as one year anniversary and he also mentioned how you have to be cautious with prompts in AI. The most interesting part is she didn't report it right away....until she had so many dashboard violations she received a letter. Let me type slow and whitesplan what that means...she wasn't doing her job.

This is why I don't come on here because of the ugliness but in all fairness she did come to New York and assist with getting in to see 2 no access accounts that generate large revenue and I heard she was able to get access into 2 no access accounts in her territory so she was dedicated to doing her job but I can't speak on the dashboard violations.

She conducted an awkward pulse survey teleconference, which was followed by her lap dogs attending every district teleconference. She also failed to fire the individual who posted on LinkedIn. Regardless of what happened before, it was a separate incident.


Renee’s actions motivating the sales team are similar to those of Cynthia whose ignorance came from the fact that she didn't understand sales.

Hopefully Rene does the right thing and hires new CL managers and all new CLs. I don't think she has the guts to do it though, this is probably all smoke and mirrors.
Rumors going around that she did not hire new CL managers... the same 2 get to keep their jobs...... still waiting on an official "announcement" that probably won't come until the reps final decision day...
