For all those DMs and RDs using trackers to basically force reps to enter 8-10 calls per day so they can look good on paper…you likely now have an HR issue on your hand. We are basically being told by upper management that we need to plug in 8-10 calls/day when most reps in reality aren’t actually hitting even 4-5 calls/day and can’t due to access issues, 3 reps in a territory and dirty call panels, etc. When reps feel forced to hit a number they will plug in whatever number manager wants to get them off their backs but most reps hate having to plug is so much B.S. and is what leads to so much frustration especially with management given all the smoke and mirrors we have to deal with
