I am not someone who typically complains or calls out others. I just can’t believe what was just presented was cleared by our ET. Marketing just told us customers want more wt loss and Wegovy is not enough. What is our answer? Here is a new sales piece that highlights real world Zepbound superior wt loss to Wegovy to complement Lilly’s data from Surmount. We also include countless paragraphs of CV real world data that obviously providers and pts don’t care about because we are losing the new to brand 7/1.
Look, I get it we don’t have the data and every obesity specialist tells us Zep works better for wt and side effects 90% of the time. When you don’t have the data, you have to win at price. You want to drive a new campaign to compete w a superior product for weight loss? Make them pay more for it.
