Kevin can no longer attract good talent at the leadership level because the word is out in networking circles that ES is a nightmare of a company. Like Oz glittering in the background but a complete sham up close. So leaders here are either industry rejects OR “company” men and women who understand the only way to survive is to bend to his will. One way or another, they all crack.
