Mean girls club is the culture, only worse than the movie. Kiss ass an give major fake compliments while staying home and taking care of your screaming kids instead of working. If you do work, all day, travel your geo, spend the night in hotels, and do your job correctly, the mean girls will make up lies about you to push you out because you are making them look bad. The do not want skills and talent with sales results. They want puppets that they control movements and what comes out of their mouths.
 


Things are still getting worse. Especially in Neurology, time is up with no pipeline. I feel for anyone caught up in this toxic culture, especially in the Northeast, Mike C.= Toxic, Egotistical, Chauvinistic, and just needs to come out of the closet already. It’s 2025 MC, just do it. You and CC WILL be Much happier when you come out. FYI Serono is watching everyone, Including BULLY BOSSES!

The mean girls club is the culture. Fake at first and then make everyone so miserable that they either leave or if they try to be loyal enough all the abuse, The mean girls club wipe out anyone with a brain who
is good at what they do and doesn't worship them. They manage by intimidation and accusing everyone falsely of things they didn't do. It's so toxic. All of the originals are gone. The ones left just can't get decent offers, or they would leave too.
