Horrible evolve score for Dave and NNI

I just heard the results of evolve survey is out and NNI has done poorly.
Stress score has gone up quite a bit while engagement score amongst employees has dropped.

Anyone surprised?

I am not with how Dave is running the organisation. Bring back Doug please !!!!

Has nothing to do with Dave, at least IMO. Here is a quick snapshot of the last few weeks: 3 ride along days, hours of training modules every week, 2 interface programs, a 'mental health week' in which I had 0 time to log into any of those web sessions, and then sick on the weekend as usual. Our whole district atmosphere has devolved into a hyper-competitive butt kissing with people vying for "impact measures". Friday night text from our manager at 6:30pm to let us know that new training modules were just released that need to be done over the weekend.
 


Wegovy brand team needs their collective head examined. They released modules after 5 on Friday, to be done ahead of the broadcast on Monday. But we’re also not supposed to take time out of the field to do the home study.
 


Wegovy brand team is just checking the box and flooding sales teams with so much “stuff” nobody can even keep track of it all. Training, boxes at your door, shift in tactics daily. Calls, blah, blah. Throw enough shit against the wall and see what sticks.
 


Not surprised at all!! Notice many that post in CP are from medical affairs, but I know that CDO has lurkers here that never post. The evolve survey in CDO was very negative and the truth was spoken. People are tired of the same management and LT not knowing what they are doing. ESPECIALLY the LT who go in there holes and make decisions for all like if they know what we do. There have been so many manager changes, process changes, and this TA alignment has caused more site confusion and instability. We have low morale and the LT doesn’t give a crap!!! They just want to have more calls for new roll outs that will never work because we don’t have the right people leading. The trial teams, PDs and TA heads are a joke and we are being led by people who got promoted because WHERE they were located and not because of their talent.
 


It’s 100% on Anya as she created all this DEI crap and a Happiness Department.

All the DEI hires are unhappy that they have to actually work vs when they were in community volunteer roles.

And the Happiness Department? Well, we all see how that’s been working out !

Hahaha you hate DEI so much please go work for a company that doesn’t support it,, because I’m sure you’ll also find those companies will pay YOU less for your skillset and/or have worse benefits than this socialist danish company that believes in DEI. Please don’t let the door hit you on your way out.

Are you talking about a danish company going out the USA's door, or about an American company out Denmark's door? Or is it another door?
 


Pay you less? Novo’s pay scale is like the structure. Circa 2014….

Let’s remember they didn’t update lunch budget for 15yrs. What do you think they’ll do next? Pay you more?
