Why so many lingering incompetent former Wyeth EE"s???

I've noticed a trend of the biggest idea thievers, incompetent managers and those that are holding down their spots by simply hooking each other up and helping each other-- the worst you notice in the company will be former Wyeth reps. They are old, pretenders, clueless and steal all your ideas and numbers. Jim Dodge just won Elite Award by being realigned and inheriting sales numbers, along with a few of his reps. The truly good one left the NYC area and that rep was the best rep in the company but quiet. Usually the best notice the pathetic lack of talent and withdraw. Its a very sad company

It's the "Otsuka Way". Our "leaders" are oblivious to what plagues the salesforce, but as long as the paycheck comes, nobody rocks the boat. I have yet to see a manager who provides value to a rep during a ride along. All they do is checking boxes hoping to make it to retirement.

The boredom and dumbing down in this job are emotional draining. No surprise turnover is high.
