She has my vote!! I used to work for her, and I thought about quitting every day. She is a “gotcha” manager who makes up her own rules for her little kingdom. Even my customers hated her. Our whole team despised her. Just a nasty person
 






Lee Ellen is the nastiest snake in the yard. How she got Astellas to hire her after her very public firing from Bayer is beyond me. If you are on her team and she is bullying you report her IMMEDIATELY to HR and NEVER EVER under any circumstance trust her. She is the worst manager if encountered in all of the companies I’ve been at.
 




How did she get into Astellas? Anyone that takes 5 minutes to google her would never hire her. Amazing how these despicable people can migrate so easily between companies.

We all took a poll & shocked her team hasn’t quit yet trust me they’re looking(they’ve applied at Bayer) We not just taking ur veozah we taking u all down w xtandi all our reps are Astellas where she’s non rehireable she’s the queen of no culture Lee Ellen way or no way just ask the people she turned in at Bayer. Leadership couldn’t rid of her fast enough

I put August, they’ll make the right move and leave her high dry or they wake up and fire her she’s helping us at Bayer thank you Lee Ellen the one time you’ve helped in which was not during field rides. If shes kept the company using her to weed out ppl cause the company wants less reps. Now thats a job she can do run ppl off
 


If you are a female working for Lee Ellen you need to prepare for the most vicious targeting and bullying you’ve ever seen in the industry. I consider her one of the most evil people I’ve ever met in my life. Do not allow her to do this - she was fired from Bayer for these antics. REPORT HER AT THE FIRST SIGN. who is her boss????
 




its honestly sad this is still happening after Bayer several astellas reps have come to me asking how to survive her cuz instead of being empowered to sell they're stuck dealing with trackers mind games and whatever mood she's in that day its not leadership its damage control they don't call it the hunger games for nothing

Totally fake news!! Lee Ellen is a well respected leader. We all hate it when the fired frat boys post junk from their mommy's basement. Get a life, please!
 


Since her time at Astellas I've witnessed her lead her team into an infinity pool of fear and anxiety. ZERO support, ZERO leadership. She manages by intimidation and fear and will suggest you cross compliance lines to hit your goals. No one on that team is thriving or developing, they are merely trying to survive Lee Ellen.

Stara needs to take the trash out and FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY before he loses that entire team. Lee Ellen if you read this I hope the absolute worst things in life are headed your way becuase you deserve to suffer 10 fold the amount of harm youve done to innocent people. You are a piece of dirt and should be dealt with accordingly.
