Any feedback on the better divisions and the lesser divisions for reps to work in at this company?
Best - at this point, I would say the HIV Prevention teamAny feedback on the better divisions and the lesser divisions for reps to work in at this company?
Thanks. Is it run like big Pharma there?Best - at this point, I would say the HIV Prevention team
Worst - hands down, Oncology or Kite.

Signed,It’s one giant clown show at this company. One ass hat after another.
I haven't talked to one disgruntled COVID IS. Literally, I know several and everyone seems to be taking it all in stride. Sounds like you're the disgruntled one.Signed,

Yet you’re the one bitching. MmmkI haven't talked to one disgruntled COVID IS. Literally, I know several and everyone seems to be taking it all in stride. Sounds like you're the disgruntled one.
Well your logic is a bit nonsensical. A customer is a customer, regardless of division. Also, HCV is nowhere nearly as technical as HBV, so don’t flatter yourself. And oncology reps are largely useless in that they have little to zero access. Will never figure out what exactly they do all day.Looks like most agree with a slight few differences.
I will say this:
BEST- HCV as the Culture is the Best bar none & it's account selling as well as technical
2nd Best-Liver because culture but limited runway
3rd- HIV Treatment as the division Culture is strong with great leadership & the Infectious Disease Specialists are fun to call on.
4th- Oncology as it's finally getting lined out w new VP & EDs but no other division is as high a technical sell that is fun & self challenging . Account Selling at a different level.
5th- Kite as innercellular is the forefront of medicine. Advice Science
LAST- HIV Prevention/Prep as it is simple primary care selling. Most of the customers are PC FP & IM. Very simple & non challenging w 60 second canned radio pitches & daily luncheons. Good for a someone with no experience.
Account selling? LOLLLL Gilead doesn't understand account selling. That's hilarious. The KAD's and the new IAD's don't even know what they're doing as far as true account management otherwise they'd know how to hold those roles accountable and they don't. Best sham at this company outside of Market Access positions. Part time jobs at best.Looks like most agree with a slight few differences.

Two certains- PrEP is what it is that's our only Primary Care Division
Kite is a money bleed and needs to be sold
Oh, look, once again it's the genius that somehow graduated college and yet still cannot distinguish between worse and worst, which is third grade. Sad!The Best is Onc
The Worse Prevention
All others mixed in between
