Then how will we hire for our rep jobs?Me too. It’s so sad that the new sales ops people just consistently mess things up for us. Can we stop hiring the Dollar Tree equivalent of talent ?

working for this company is pure misery for allThe worst is the attitude of the IC people. They hate reps. Hate they get IC at all. Work all angles to screw them, especially in California with regards to Otezla.
I find it very easy. No performance responsibility whatsoever.working for this company is pure misery for all
What IC people? The company dissolved the entire team last fall. We don't have anyone in IC. No one to reach out to now and no one to respond to email questions. The worst is the attitude of the IC people. They hate reps. Hate they get IC at all. As a derm rep, you fall into three categories:Is there a data team we can talk with to see what is happening with duplicated baselines for almost half of the derm territories? Is this legal that there is no communication?
You sound like a really happy personAs a derm rep, you fall into three categories:
One - former Celgene. Bitter. Entitled. Still wish you had your childish old model off being the office favorite and getting paid obscene amounts of bonus. STFU! You are endangered and we will continue to whittle you down, dumb rep.
Two -former NUBU. You know not to care. Work on your calibration slides. STFU and know exactly what happened with Aimovig is repeating itself.
Three - former Amgen, non-NUBU. You should know better. STFU and go enter calls.
Get this in your dumb rep heads: no one cares about your baselines.
Well said, bravo. As for the data team, there is now a pool table placed where they used to work. To voice concerns or ask questions, feel free to submit a ticket online and a Bot will reply. You can also call 800-dum-brep. Now go deliver your food catering boy.As a derm rep, you fall into three categories:

Listen fool. Every single brand on the planet sees a decline in NBRX from early April through mid September. The only ones who don't acknowledge this are Amgen home office rotators. Don't worry, Wall Street cares about sales and that's TRX.Does anyone know how Otezla is doing nationally? I sell it and it's impossible to tell from our data. I know that my NBRX is declining, but my TRX is on the rise. Why do we never know how we are doing as a brand?
