Given the past 2+ years of layoffs, would you work at BMS? I saw on Linked In that there are more than 30+ jobs posted. My trust level is iffy, to say the least. How can they layoff so many and try not to place them with one of these positions. My thought is that it is probably in such disarray that the stress level and the morale must be at all time high and low, respectively. Does anyone have additional thoughts?
 




BMS is terrible, rampant favortism, promotions only for those at the very top. Rest of us get laid off or almost zero respect. If you don't kiss up to the higher ups, you're doomed. Was great 3 years ago and now a total dumpster fire

I’ve been double dipping here for years so yea I’d work here as a second part time job.
 




One of the worst decisions of my life. I took the job cuz it was more money than my other offer. There were some warning signs during the interview but I ignored them. I’m so much further behind in my career now than I would have been if I took the other job for less money. Avoid Cambridge location, though other sites don’t seem much better.

What division is this? Looking into the Psych side
 




Interviewing for a Community TAS with a focus on Eliquis. Thoughts? I have a good job now but have a horrible boss…. How secure do you think this is? Isn’t Eliquis almost generic?

Eliquis people will all be laid off shortly. I do not even know why they advertise the job. Stay away. In the markets, all Eliquis people are fine already
 














I’m in the BMS Psych division and absolutely love our culture. Each BMS division is different based on their leadership. Although we have recently felt the Big Pharma presence enter the room… but we are still feeling great about our jobs & purpose.
