Goals arrived today. An absolute joke. Guess I’ll do as little as possible until they reset in Q3. Why do we have 2 products and still can only make 10k for the quarter? What’s funny is HIV can make 20k if they are 200% to goal AND they have mirrors. Most don’t bother to leave the house. Oncology has mirrors. What a scam. But we do twice the work for 1/2 the pay. We are chumps making chump change. STS
 


I think Sandrine made it pretty clear Liver is NOT a "growth" area as a whole which where the company is investing resources. Some of us will be looking at zero bonus and zero salary before long so enjoy it while it lasts.
 


Got my HCV goals... Its a cure market thats steadily declining however Im seeing a huge spike in my goal. Is Gilead asking us to leave?

My goals are a complete joke as well. Gilead obviously does not want to pay us. they are begging us to leave so they dont have to layoff and the stock takes a hit.

Twice the work? REALLY? Old, dated product that everyone already knows about and one that is incredibly niche. You are a joke.

Agreed! I'd rather have an even larger territory. It's hard enough to get access to my HCP's without having the same message with the same drug and the same resources etc.. every time I see them. I'm so over this big Pharma mentality of gotta reach those activity metrics!!!!

Why did you remind me! Now I am back in panic mode. 3.5% Len market share in 5 months while driving 8% Descovy growth rest of the year is easy.
And the $3.75 Billion in 12 months is piece cake!
(Biktarvy, Lipitor, Humira, some of the biggest drugs in world- 15Billion yr global did not achieve 1 billion in sales until 3rd year so L4P 3.75Billion in 12 months I don't see any issue?????)
