Actually this is totally not true. They are not good people. They knew exactly what they were doing. Hired a big team knowing what the true numbers were. They didn’t think about anyone’s career - they were greedy and trying to make quick revenue. Shocking Mark and his minions still have a job there. Clueless Paula and the Board driving the company into the ground.
Isn't it up to potential employees to do their due diligence? Stop pushing blame on the organization when it was very obvious through minimal research what the true patient population is. Be accountable.

Agree 100%. They chose to believe Gail Hartigan and the 3 idiot directors despite countless peer reviewed publications stating incidence/prevalence in the 1:5M to 1:4M range which is well below 100 US patients. There’s no sympathy for people who don’t do their research or choose to believe company employees over the NIH. Hope it was worth the big salary, measly payouts, 3 months severance, and worthless equity

You blame Gail?? and Steve and Holly and Adam? Axe to grind? What is YOUR name you cowardly piece of sheeet? The lies were laid down waaaaaaay before them.
Gail and the sorry excuse for sales leadership didn't challenge Paula or anyone else about the hyper inflated expectations. So what does that make them, heroes? Everyone, even those of us who laughed at Gail during the interview process knew it was going to end badly.

All the top candidates who were contacted first opted out after digging up the true incidence-prevalence numbers. The ones who ended up joining took a leap of faith in someone or something, we’ll never know. I’d guess they learned a value lesson

Get your facts straight. You don’t know because you weren’t there but for some reason you have an interest coming on to the X4 blog to troll a company you never worked at. Get a life.
