Is tomorrow the day?! God I hope so. Breztri and Airsupra numbers in the dumpster, losing coverage, increase micromanaging with metrics, replacing with contract… does it finally come to fruition tomorrow? _/|\_
IDK...maybe? Weird to have a 'quick update' late on a Friday, no?Is tomorrow the day?! God I hope so. Breztri and Airsupra numbers in the dumpster, losing coverage, increase micromanaging with metrics, replacing with contract… does it finally come to fruition tomorrow? _/|\_
How many contract reps are there on the R&I side?Is tomorrow the day?! God I hope so. Breztri and Airsupra numbers in the dumpster, losing coverage, increase micromanaging with metrics, replacing with contract… does it finally come to fruition tomorrow? _/|\_
I’ve got 3 on my team, all backfilled the 3 people who were AZ employees that have quit this yearHow many contract reps are there on the R&I side?
Knowing Hartman it’ll be something absolutely pointless and stupid. I really hope he does the thing where he uses his two fists to explain how impact yields results. Remarkable how he is the head of sales, complete clown.IDK...maybe? Weird to have a 'quick update' late on a Friday, no?
It’s glorified primary care, which the industry is moving away from. If you need a job, take it. otherwise, stay put. Wait out the shitstorm from wherever you are right now. or you could end up like the 700 people AZ let go last year…and the 200 the year before…and the year before that…and so on.So if I’m incoming on R&i team…is it bad
I accepted the offer and left my old job. Starts soon. Should i ride the shitstorm and then keep applying to others lolIt’s glorified primary care, which the industry is moving away from. Agree. AZ is still a great company but the sales divisions are in flux. Nobody knows how bad it will get once we lose FARXIGA, which is LOE EOY.Keep applying. You’ll hate your life in 3 months
Why would you think R&I is glorified? If you are selling to primary care and are not in the specialty division, you are equal to CVRM primary care. It’s glorified primary care, which the industry is moving away from. We don’t care if patients are having an exacerbation and they reach for the rescue and it doesn’t work. We were told stop making it a big deal. Focus on calls per day and frequency. So what was the call about?
ROTFLMAO..... Now issues with Cigna commercial too? People, get your heads out of your behinds! And while you are at it, get on some more large plans. Afterall, it is two long standing products in one device. It ain't revolutionary no matter what you want to say. It's unfortunate because there is a need but when plans are requiring scripts written for the two products in separate devices or Symbicort as SMART instead, it just tells all that AZ was too greedy in establishing the price. With EB at the helm, what did you expect...ROTFLMAO..... Now issues with Cigna commercial too? People, get your heads out of your behinds! And while you are at it, get on some more large plans. Ironically, it’s not about greed so much as it’s ineptitude. The most disorganized mega pharm there is….nobody knows what the other is doing and they don’t even know what responsibilities are theirs. These MC disturbances were not part of the plan but rather mistakes. They will be reversed next year and then you will be furnished with a whole brand new batch of bullshit that happened while nobody was looking. AZ has gotten too big and is now mismanaged so badly that we are losing money at a catastrophic rate. The FOW (future of work) initiative is also a debacle. So either stay and work with this shitshow or leave for a slightly less shitshow. Either way, nobody will notice or care.ROTFLMAO..... Now issues with Cigna commercial too?
