CVRM National Call

So who’s going to be let go this fall? CVRM contract or specialty or is it the actual AZ primary care reps?
Contract CVRM gone, specialty cut in half and merged with PCX. New pay grade again, this time bringing up primary care and lowballing spec raises for the next couple of years until they are all “equal”. For the CVRM reps that were once the ”RAS” team, this will hurt the most. They were the highest pay grade to begin with before the last three restructures happened. Congratulations on your fourth demotion. AZ cares…..not.

The same thing will happen on R&I side. AZ will go back to what they had 3 years ago just renamed diabetes to CVRM

CVRM is a falling sky with a lot of bandages!!! It will fall soon. SW's leadership is expediting the fall. If you're smart get out right now or be ready to be forced out soooooonnn

What’s worse than a “holiday massacre”? Doing it in the summer when there is zero job growth. Only backfill postings get listed. At least with AZ always conducting their carnage around the holiday season…which is sick no matter how you spin it…sets people up for the most active Pharma hiring season (Feb-May). Farxiga is losing MS quickly because they eliminated over half the sales force preemptively and lost valuable relationships and resources. AZ never followed through with a systems sector that would establish processes and create Farxiga as an on-par entity within IDNs. Saving money or just a teeny tiny oversight? SW is a very busy lady right now pitching multiple division layouts, none of which make up for the fact that she failed to make Farxiga the market leader in her tenure. Truly, it was her only job. This drug made more for AZ than all others combined (outside of Onc) and we are losing it NOW. Not tomorrow, not next year, now. This “last ditch effort “ is a smokescree. NDCs are loaded with more being added. Insurances are DENYING Farxiga because of this. Hangups will save them millions every month they postpone approval.
someone posted “crickets”. Sums it up.
