AZ a world leader in CVRM?? Based upon Bax and Lok?? They’re kidding, right?
That’s coming, don’t you worry.Just be glad it wasn't a call telling us to dust off our resumes
Bresztri and Airsupra reps will be safe. We are right sized for growth. That’s coming, don’t you worry.
”We realize that 2/3 of the sales of Bax will be from Primary Care”. Remember that? Nuff said.

It’s easy to get hired. Just have a pulse and a clean driving history. Should you? No. Run!I recielved a call from a recruiter about a position here. Is it hard to get hired and is it really as bad as you guys are making it?
Contract CVRM gone, specialty cut in half and merged with PCX. New pay grade again, this time bringing up primary care and lowballing spec raises for the next couple of years until they are all “equal”. For the CVRM reps that were once the ”RAS” team, this will hurt the most. They were the highest pay grade to begin with before the last three restructures happened. Congratulations on your fourth demotion. AZ cares…..not.So who’s going to be let go this fall? CVRM contract or specialty or is it the actual AZ primary care reps?
The same thing will happen on R&I side. AZ will go back to what they had 3 years ago just renamed diabetes to CVRMContract CVRM gone, specialty cut in half and merged with PCX.
