$12,000 per quarter is a joke. Cut it to $5,000. If a rep can't speak to a provider after 1 lunch, shame on them.
Speaker program budget for a Topical, get real, wake up and slash it by 80%. Outsource webinars with CME credits attached. Go look at who attends speaker programs, 89% MAs and front office. Cut the budget ASAP.
If a rep can't average 35 scripts a week, cut them and have the territory shared. Too many reps in certain geographies. The ride alongs have been Dog and Pony shows for you. AAD has become a joke. Get a small table, you'll get same ROI with out the bells and whistles. Move Fred to an accounting position.

Thank you.

It would be awesome if you changed up the DM roles. Have them be responsible for 20 targets to call on and follow the progression. Why not have them set up a few Speaker Programs with Key Docs all on their own and see how well that goes. Give the sales reps more selling time .

3 + years the same manager coming to the same calls and same lunches saying the same thing.

Whoever wrote this is the most clueless idiotic person and knows absolute dog shit about the dermatology industry.
It’s actually comical.

Also, we love Fred.

Sign in sheets. So smart. More work , less field time, less time selling during breakfast/ lunch gathering names over and over.

Let's see the interactions decrease along with #s tank.

Genius decision!

Still reps making $140. New hires coming in at @ $162
Lots of us skating through the bs this summer and many will leave this fall. A couple of great drugs ready to launch end of 2025 beginning of 2026.
Keep spending your $ on Starbucks Organon and not on your reps

90% of pharma companies use sign in sheets including our competitors.
I only know 1 other company besides Dermavant who doesn’t use them.

Plan ahead or have a staff member you’re cool with help you with the sign in sheet.
It’s not hard.
Quit bitching over a sign in sheet when all of our budgets were just raised by thousands of dollars
The rep jobs are a so flexible.
Go to another company… but I guarantee they will also have sign in sheets.
;-)
