DEI Hires

You catch and keep what you earn ass hat. That’s one of life’s ultimate phrases. If you need special assistance in the job that kinda falls on you. Ever hear of self accountability? Stop crying on anonymous chat site To total strangers! your mama is not here to praise you. Idiot!
Yeah I tend to align more to the above philosophy. Self accountability is a lost art now and is being over taken by entitlement. This person posting all the DEI dissertation BS looks to be doing what most right wing libs do. Create division and try to bully people over to their side. Libs thrive on division it’s how they do what they do. Bottom line earn your credentials and have self accountability. Most people in leadership positions all got rejected 2,3,4 times along the way and they stayed the course and bettered themselves rather than crying and trying to play the entitlement card. It may not be on the 1st attempt but those who are legit with their credentials will land where they want to land in their careers sooner than later. Perseverance is another lost term that used to mean something. Not hating just stating. Look in the mirror and be the best that you can be before you start pointing fingers at other people. End of story.

My Dear,
I’m genuinely looking forward to having a qualified discussion with you. As a Highly Qualified thinker, I’m sure you know better than anyone, that we can’t debate emotions, fantasies, or feelings. We can only discuss facts.

Surely you, a person of Such Esteemed Intellect, have actual data to support your claim that DEI hires are immune to layoffs at Gilead & funded by some secret Gilead budget? I’d hate to think a mind like yours would rely on hearsay as evidence.

Take all the time you need to gather your thoughts. I’ll be right here, ready to discuss facts once you’re ready to stand on the same ‘Highly Qualified’ standards you so passionately tout.
Lol ! I just hired and went through this ! Love your passion in defending DEI - which i am all for if there is quality !

I served our country in Vietnam and have had an Asian wife for almost 50 years so safe the lame DEI BS Son.
So let me get this straight.
You fought in Vietnam, married an Asian woman 50 years ago, and you just so happened to drop those hyper-specific details anonymously?

Sir, either you’re lying, or you’re terrible at being anonymous.

It’s sad to see this younger generation so entitled, judge mental and disrespectful of their elders who have helped to pave the way for them today. Rather than ask questions to learn to educate themselves, so quick to assume based on a limited skill skill set. All they know is all they know which in itself is very sad. I’m very secure in who I am and what I represent. Definitely not paranoid of what others think as that’s on them, not me. I am a 73 year old retired Pharma rep and ex military. You can judge me if you choose on here if that helps boasts your own insecurities. Oh and btw, my daughter who is Asian American works at your company. Hope you stay humble and lose that entitlement. You’ll find life gets much better for you.
