Congratulations! You crashed the stock price AGAIN!! Employees have zero confidence in you and we are all hoping that the board fires you YESTERDAY! Not holding my breath though as the board seems to be asleep at the switch.

Got an idea for you… why don’t you do the right thing and just RESIGN!! We all know that your resignation would be the best way for you to drive up the stock price. Wallstreet clearly despises you and has NO CONFIDENCE in you to lead this great company that you are destroying with your incompetence and stupidity. You suck and you know it! DO THE RIGHT THING AND QUIT!!!

It's really not his fault - a lot of macro issues in the economy at large right now
 










To be fair, Geoff's ability to drive strong results is only as good as the people who work under him. So if those people don't perform and instead spend their days posting anonymously on CF, then it is reasonable to expect that MDT's performance will also suffer

Geoff? Is that you? They pay you the big bucks and give you use of the Medtronic jet because your leadership team that reports to you and your policies set the tone and agenda for the entire company.
The buck stops with you, which is why you make so many of those bucks. Now stop focusing on DEI trash, spreading false rumors about the George Floyd incident and create a strategy that will regain our #1 status as the premier medical device company.

Kinda hard to drive strong results when back order issues are rampant, R&D is non existent and DEI is the sole focus of this once great company. Look no further than the stock price from when Geoff took over compared to today. He’s had ample time and resources and has failed in every regard. Medtronic will never return to what it once was due to the damage he’s caused.

Geoff will never not stop blaming others for his failures.
 










Geoff has made a lot of mistakes as CEO.

Geoff blames those who came before him when anything goes wrong

Or, Geoff finds someone to blame that he can scapegoat to keep the illusion with th board that he’s rooting out performance issues when everyone knows he’s the problem.

This might be the greatest summary I’ve seen. Performance issues because missed unobtainable plan all because they didn’t have the Medtronic Mindset which is be the blamer until it’s your turn to be the blamee.
