Good afternoon all. I just wanted to advise everyone that I have alerted all my wonderful recruiters to get me out of here. This fiasco for the field has been the last nail. It's clearly apparent to all of us that we are being squeezed out of this fleabag. No leadership anymore, no ability to make money, hub issues, and doctors no longer wanting to write this because of the obstacles to get it. I'm done with all of it and I think most of my wonderful field mates are as well. What an awful company this has become

We will not be making any money. We are not paid on dirt. Getting this drugged patience is an absolute disaster.
 




A lot of people see a huge upside here, it’s just a matter of hanging on. Eventually, there may just very well be a huge payday or more, equity is always a good thing..

Omg please tell me what you're smoking. There hasn't been an upside here in close to a decade. They continue to screw the reps! Do you see what's going on here? Every single year either the call plans or our IC or the messed up process to get this damn drug gets convoluted!

Most of us frankly are done!n My RBM tries the raw raw everyday and no one buys it. We are all talking about how to get out of here. Syneos is a joke. They will continue to hire from them and no one has been folded in. Most of us think they're ready to cut the cord. We miss Sara!!! TL is strutting around trying to wine and dine everybody and that ain't working dude. Please tell your cronies that we're are all looking to book the hell out of this place. I'm on my third interview and praying to get out.

Tomtom is the worst. Can't put two sentences together and we are sick and tired of hearing nonsense. He's the last person who knows about ethical practices. Motivation My butt. I'm also on my second interview and praying to get out.

He came on a region call and told us we should stay motivated. How? He has no direction, no information, know anything. An empty head. How on earth did he get picked for this role????
