CMX is a train wreck

mike was the only good one in all of mocr none of them know what they are doing. he was good. it is good that he got fired though because now he can go make way more money somewhere else the main problem is dbeast does all the work and doesnt get credit. mike worked well with us. now were stick with nichole who just screams at us demanding shit but is clueless how stuff works. fucgm1 fucu
Mike was great. Will miss him.
But DBeast is the worst managed organization. Why does every leader keep leaving? Why are people sitting around for 15 years in the same titles? Open your eyes.

The value that ONC-TRC brings to the company remains unclear, as it has delivered very little over the past years. Nevertheless, no one appears to hold Emma L and her LT accountable for their poor track record at BMS.
What?? Mezigdomide, golcadomide, + about 8 more clinical programs? You are confusing (former) Oncogenesis with (former) MoCR. Former has contributed a large fraction of the internally derived pipeline. Latter has delivered nothing. Which of course explains why Onc leader was cut and Gemma retained.

You sound like a labcel who doesn't actually know how assets get progressed in research. Do you really think a biology lead needs to know all those minutia that she hires people like you to do for her? Maybe learn how things work at your new job. Good luck.
This is funny. First you refer to labcels, showing just how much better you think you are than other people. Second, does a bio lead need to know every detail? No, but they have to know something. What does she know about? Never saw her own team doing any biology. But back in DB they know most of that stuff. I feel bad for your labcels.

Instead of spending time on here, maybe learn how assets are progressed through the discovery pipeline at your new job. Stop glorifying DBeast and berating other successful people, it only shows your jealousy and inability to grow. Maybe acquire those skillsets. I wish you luck.

Oh I’m not the same person who has a new job, I just saw you berating my fellow labcels. You are right, many of us do have an inability to grow, but it’s not us. It’s the mindset of ppl like you who treat us like lemmings with your inability to manage. Maybe acquire those skill sets. I do not wish you luck.

This victim mindset isn't going to get you anywhere. If you want to grow, it's MOSTLY on you. Your peers, managers, leadership can only help you so much. If you're someone who needs a lot of managing and cannot identify where opportunities lie, I'm sorry but you're not going to grow. Take this as criticism or take this as advice, up to you.

Says the person who lead by referring to people as labcels. I think we can identify where the problematic “mindset” lies in this back and forth.

How many of those had positive Ph3 results?
