HTF is AP still in charge of the goal methodology for AU? Besides having his as- so far up SFM’s butt he can see the Ozempic needles as they’re injected into her abdomen, what purpose does this as- clown serve? Of the 32 largest volume territories in the country, bringing in the largest profits for the company, only 15 are at goal YTD. The #1 volume territory has 2,853 NTRx YTD equating to over 3,000,000 and that rep hasn’t hit goal in all of 2025, yet is in the top 15 for NBRx. In fact 3 people currently ranked in the top 10 have less total volume then the 96 NBRx she has and her total volume QTD is 1,028 NTRx, yet she’s ranked 169 vs. the #1 territory at 192 NTRx. Do you see a problem lolly pop kid from munchkin land??? Over a million dollars in profit per quarter and not even hitting goal vs. territories bringing in less than 200K and making 30K in commission. I knew you weren’t bright, but I didn’t realize you took the short bus when you were a child. Not a single outside consulting company would ever sign off on the nonsensical compensation plan you created because the witch can’t comprehend math. Who are you trying to motivate munchkin?
 


How much money did AP waste to purchase this completely worthless targeting system? What a complete waste of the fields time and the companies money. For the love of god please hire someone with actual experience in sales to run sales operations.

If they fired AP they would have to fire the entire market access team, all of marketing, all of HR, all of training and all of compliance because let’s be honest this entire place is an absolute sh-t show. I pray to the gods of capitalism to please have someone, anyone, buy us!

DCR process is horrid. Missed the cutoff? Sorry, someone else gets credit for the work you've done. Can't do it for one person because they would have to do it for everyone and doing the right thing just doesn't matter to them.

You really thought they’d make an exception for you—because you couldn’t be bothered to check a box? How charmingly naïve. The system may be broken, but it still doesn’t revolve around your oversight. The audacity… is almost admirable? and that’s hard to say for a place that does EVERYTHING wrong.

Yeah because that's the only scenario that happens when a DCR is missed. Oversight of checking a box. How incredibly assumptive of you.

Simple math:

Q2 QTD Top 10 ranked territories total volume = 3,574 NTRx

Q2 QTD Top 10 volume territories total volume = 10,671 NTRx

3,574 x 3 =10,722

So, the top 10 volume territories are generating 3x the volume as the top 10 ranked territories, but their commission will be 3x less.

Who exactly are you trying to motivate? NP, do you think it’s a good finance decision to pay a territory bringing in 200K in revenue, 40K in commission? Seriously! Yes, AP isn’t the brightest bulb, but what’s more shocking is the lack of oversight and intelligence shown by ELT.
