yeah a lot of this tracks. there’s one rep who used to be my go-to for support, always warm, uplifting, part of the team. now barely says anything. both teams still check in, but they just say they’re busy and trying to get better. no details, no small talk, just moving through the motions. feels like they’re in survival mode. management drained the life outta them. and leadership sees it. they know.


tip to leadership: when someone like that goes quiet and the rest of us get stars and praise, it’s not hard to see who’s been singled out. some of us already talking to recruiters for them. no one should be broken like that.
 


Enough with all of the drama queen posts! If you don't like your manager, simply leave and find something better like a sandwich maker at Jimmy Johns or a barista at Starbucks. We have the worst bellyachers in the industry.
 




I worked for this psycho bi$&ch for over a year. She should be on the terror watch list. Absolute terrorizes her team- except for a handful of favorites that she grooms to throw HR off of her trail when they investigate. Worst human being i have ever encountered

funny how the ones yelling “just leave” are usually the ones nobody’s recruiting. bayer, novartis, and others are reaching out and offering more $ — we’re not stuck, we’re just documenting what leadership refuses to fix. stay mad.

people are begging for support and this is your dipshit response. This manager is horrible and has a proven track record of abusing reps. Plain and simple look at the team, look at the morale. It's DEAD bc of LE. Every rep is walking on eggshells afraid to speak up. Zero energy. Supporting a leader like this says everything we need to know about what kind of person you are at your core. You would think a true leader would want to empower their people, not suppress them. DO BETTER.
 


I have an app in and was preparing for phone screen next week. Was just sent this thread and have decided to withdraw myself from the process. I've had managers in the past that made my life a living hell for no reason and cant fathom going through anything like that again. Have never understood why companies keep managers around that they know are problematic from multiple sources.

the amount of bullying and personal attacks ive witnessed her do to innocent tenured reps is unheard of.
she is without question the worst manager, and possibly the worst human being ive experienced in my time in Texas
 


does anyone know how LE made it through Astellas background check? I can't believe they took her on after what she got fired for at Bayer. Especially going to straight competitor. what is going on at astellas???

I heard that she did a big belly flop in front of her manager peers on Friday. Demonstrated a complete lack of MHC knowledge. Maybe next time just talk about what you’re good at Lee Ellen- bullying.

There is a cowardly propensity in the human heart that delights in oppressing somebody else, and in the gratification of this base desire we always select a victim like a business or government leader. Lee Ellen has an excellent knowledge base of MHC. You sir, are the bully in question!

Sure did! On that call and her performance was categorically abysmal exhibited a profound deficiency in mhc acumen while compensating with performative dominance and superficial rhetoric it’s difficult to reconcile how someone so operationally unprepared continues to masquerade as a strategic leader if the objective is to facilitate a return to bayer this level of dysfunctionality is a perplexing tactic you don’t rebuild credibility by dismantling those around you you annihilate trust and erode morale with precision and permanence
