yeah a lot of this tracks. there’s one rep who used to be my go-to for support, always warm, uplifting, part of the team. now barely says anything. both teams still check in, but they just say they’re busy and trying to get better. no details, no small talk, just moving through the motions. feels like they’re in survival mode. management drained the life outta them. and leadership sees it. they know.
tip to leadership: when someone like that goes quiet and the rest of us get stars and praise, it’s not hard to see who’s been singled out. some of us already talking to recruiters for them. no one should be broken like that.
