The next question should be, why are they using drugs? Because their employer is a piece-of-shit, they watch the local news, they think they have 20 different diseases from listening to the t.v. commercials, they're lost, etc. I'd like to turn on the local news and hear about mass shooting sprees where news anchors are being mass murdered. If your business is promoting violence and death, then maybe you deserve the same fate. Live by the sword die by the sword. Call me a pathological psychopath if it brings you joy, but make sure you look in the mirror first.
