Well the orginal 9 RDs and 2 EDs allowed and cultivated this super ultra sensitive field force of the orginal 60. After the NSM & launch, it is obvious all the issues are the legacy reps and RDs. Probably only 20% are good with both Reps & RDs.
Many of the new 9 RDs do not have alot of management tenure and the others are learning Gilead ways.
