3rd Prep Rep Has Left Since Launch Mtg

Actually 6 but it's hard to keep up with the weekly updates.
Yes the SE & NE are the areas they are taking place.
Sadly it's mainly new reps under a year as it is the existing Prep reps that are a cancer that need to be cut out quickly.
So much BS drama w legacy reps, it's ridiculous. Just F ing go do your job and stop all the nonsense.
This is why newer reps are leaving as they don't like all the daily gossip & drama that apparently has been going on for many yrs in Prep.
 


There will be more as I bet 25% leave by January as this Prep Division have the most worthless drama sensitive reps every seen then they don't work much. New leadership doesn't know how to handle nor have not been able to handle. Thus the good reps are going to bail as it is not the culture or people they want to work with.

Well the orginal 9 RDs and 2 EDs allowed and cultivated this super ultra sensitive field force of the orginal 60. After the NSM & launch, it is obvious all the issues are the legacy reps and RDs. Probably only 20% are good with both Reps & RDs.
Many of the new 9 RDs do not have alot of management tenure and the others are learning Gilead ways.
Prep has been the most complaining pain in the A reps of any division in Gilead. You say hello the wrong way they get offended and call HR. 40 of the orginal 60 need to be fired with cause for being soft sissy POS cry babies

Somebody is bitter they got passed over.
 


I think we are around 7 reps who have left since launch expansion. 4 in SE & 3 in NE.
Mgt keeping very quiet not saying anything to anybody to keep moral from crashing -- like the POS non reporting Data has not already done that .
My RD keeps saying stay positive controling the controlable!
Well I can control my resume & recuiters!
