CVRM here. Quieter than ever. SOME openings getting backfilled, but the majority are not. Zero budget for anything. Even my (forced) micromanaging manager hasn’t had much to say. Workplace has the usual BS banter but that would be the ONLY communication. I thought we would have until at least November but now I’m wondering if they will be bringing down the axe sooner.

There are positions out there that are not getting filled? How long has that been going on and how are they justifying it?

CVRM Specialty is merged with CVRM primary care. Become NSN CVRM (US Biopharma initiative IYKYK). Initially the realignment was meant for September but has been moved up. Training calendar has now shifted to August, which will be all hands on deck with completed territories in place. AZ is losing the #1 earner And Bax is 2/3 PCP driven. Please do the math.
Non-disclosures are in place, so other than an occasional idiot (myself), you will not hear from any LT.

You think CVRM primary care will be good then? What about CVRM contract reps?
 














CVRM PCX management is safe. CVRM Specialty management is not. New territories will be all customers for Lokelma and Bax regardless of specialties. Cardiologists will be kept warm with disease state awareness and Lokelma because Bax causes hyperk. Specialty reps that survive will be folded into this new division. Have fun

Why don’t they just get on with it then! This waiting bullshit is worse than the aftermath. People know something is up, especially those of us on the CVRM spec side. Most are looking but still working a full day. Cut the cord and be done with us so we can dedicate the prop amount of time to find the next gig before severance runs out. The last group was blindsided and many still haven’t landed. Grow a heart, AZ.

Not their job to grow a heart...What would you expect from narcissists and sociopaths?
 


Some strange movement among well liked and respected CVRM employees both management and representatives taking on new roles. Things that make you sit up and take notice.
