When the hell is this company going to start trimming fat in Managed "useless" Markets? Never held accountable but some of the biggest salaries in the company. Ridiculous.
 


Yep. We are openly ripping off the company coffers while making tons of money playing golf each day while you sales turds can’t get an appointment in the docs offices and The home office morons just redo each others work to look relevant. So Managed Markets is truly got this game figured out. Eat it!!

They already have cut positions with attrition and trim KADs.
The Reimbursement team is way over killed. Paying these Reimbursement reps what RDs make is ridiculous. Saying had to pay for experience. First year we might need them, then after that they will not be needed & should be eliminated.
Offices do other injectables and work w specialty pharmacies, L4P will not be the first like they seem to think offices don't have a clue .
With drug pricing pressures and elimating in office medication mark ups, buy & bill will not be needed.
Whatever and whoever sold Becky and Kristie Forida gator infested swamp land, they deserve an Oscar. Way over sold the importance and most companies reimburse reps are a lower pay band then reps. Not at Gilead they make more than reps.
Mine will be reminded who pays their dang overinflated salaries! The next one that talks down to me or tells me what to do might end up in traction- literally!
 


Since the beginning of time in the entire industry, everyone has known the easiest role with a pharma company is Reimbursement followed by Account Managers. That's why they are scratch golfers.

Why are RDs jealous of the FRM salary?
It has no impact on your salary, so why do you care?
 


Well to put FRM into a manager pay grade who has never been a manager and most never even a rep, is comical. And will end in a massive layoff or elimination of the FRMs like it did 10 yrs ago. We hired a bunch to launch and once we got on plans 3rd year, we cut all of them.
Exact same pattern just different products.
And in a couple yrs the way Onc & Kite bleeds money, Dan can save millions cutting FRMs

Why do you care?

Clearly you’re not a FRM. Which means you won’t be affected if or when FRMs are cut.

You sound like Judas complaining that the oil could have been used for the poor. When the truth was revealed later; Judas was jealous.

Mine the Business that pays you.

He/She/Them/They/His/Hers/She/Him is actually like Obama calling out the waste & poor spending of Trump administration aka frms
 


This dog shows how might they are always saying why do you care. Only cerebral think they can say. FRM might can tell you what code to submit but could not sell out of a paper bag

Most of the FRMs are award winning sales reps that could dance circles around you. The job is more complicated than you think, especially at launch.
