The leadership all over is so arrogant and completely clueless. I have never seen anything like it. Training department is busy because people leave every week. They are trying to play in a space they know nothing about. Does Denmark know what’s happening here? Can’t imagine they do. Nothing will change here until leadership does. I hope to be out soon! The ship is sinking. Bummed I couldn’t get out before Denmark meeting. Dreading it.
